1. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on ukpeptidepro.co.uk. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch by email. We may decline an order where stock, payment verification or delivery constraints prevent us from fulfilling it.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and shown inclusive of any applicable UK tax. Payment is taken through Fena Pay, SpicePay or manual bank transfer before dispatch. Bulk discount tiers are applied automatically in the basket.

4. Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses by tracked courier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation and returns

Our returns policy is set out on the returns page and does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
