Returns and refunds

Eligible returns

Vials must be unopened with the manufacturer seal intact, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Email support@ukpeptidepro.co.uk with your order reference to open a return.

Items we cannot accept

• Opened vials or vials with a broken seal.
• Vials that have been reconstituted.
• Vials stored outside the stated temperature range.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the outer packaging and the vials. We will replace or refund in full, including postage.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving with us.
